Store Policies & Shipping


I prefer all payments to be made through PayPal.  Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you will still be able to make a purchase with a credit card through PayPal.  I accept checks and money orders, however item(s) will not ship until payment has cleared.

All orders will be shipped to the address you provide.  Please notify me if your shipping address is different than what appears on PayPal.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation is included.

Lost Packages

My goal is to insure your satisfaction but unfortunately if the package is misplaced en route or the delivery confirmation shows that the item has arrived to the destination but you did not receive it, I cannot offer a replacement or issue a refund.  If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me before purchasing and I will adjust the shipping cost.


All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.  Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.  Simply give me the reason for the return in an email.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on returns.  If your purchase was made by credit card, I will refund your credit card for items returned minus shipping and handling charges.  If you paid by check or money order, I will refund you for the items, minus shipping and handling charges.

Please note that all packages being returned to Lana Muse Designs should be insured as I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

Custom Orders

I welcome custom orders.  My process for custom orders is similar to the process for the aprons in my store, except together we create the details.  We will talk about design, materials, size and time frame.

Custom orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.  Why? Because in almost every case a custom item is made specifically for your needs.

Wholesale Orders

Unfortunately, at this time wholesale orders is not available.

Bulk Orders

Bulk discounts are available for orders starting at 10+ aprons.  Please email me with your details.

Holds & Reserved Aprons

My apologies but I am not able to hold an apron for customers.  If you weren't able to get your hands on a beautiful style that you were in love with, email me and I will do my best to recreate something similar.

Product Care

I sew these aprons in 100% cotton so they are built tough and designed for years of wear with the right care. Machine wash in cool water and hang to dry. If you must use the dryer, dry on the delicate cycle or low heat.  Light iron if necessary.

You can shop online with confidence at Lana Muse Designs.  I use PayPal for payments and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using its Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits--the highest level commercially available.
